The SMS program is not intended for medical advice, diagnosis, treatment discussions, medical histories, insurance information, or other sensitive medical information.

Please do not send sensitive medical information by standard text message.

5. SMS Consent

You will receive SMS messages only when you have voluntarily provided your mobile telephone number and affirmatively consented to receive text messages from the Practice.

Consent to receive SMS messages is:

  • Not a condition of receiving medical treatment
